What is a Registration Support Organization?

In 2019, the “Specified Skilled Worker System” was introduced with the aim of accepting foreigners who industry-ready workers. Under the Specified Skilled Worker System, accepting companies are required to provide legal support to foreigners employed in their daily lives and employment.

Registration Support Organizations are commissioned by companies to provide support for how to work in Japan, securing housing, living contracts, how to behave in Japanese society, and planning support.

Outsourcing support details and pricing

1.Preliminarily guidance (3 hours)
33,000 yen *Online

After signing an employment contract and before applying, we will explain the job content, working conditions, remuneration, immigration procedures, whether a security deposit will be collected, etc., either face-to-face or by videophone with the help of an interpreter.

2.Transportation when entering and exiting the country (per trip)
33,000 yen (Limited to transport between New Chitose Airport and Muroran, Noboribetsu, Date.)

3.Contract support necessary for securing housing and living (1 hour)
5,000 yen

We will provide guidance and assistance with procedures such as opening a bank account and signing a contract for a mobile phone and lifeline services.

4.Life orientation (8 hours)

We will explain Japanese rules and manners, how to use public institutions, contact information and what to do in the event of a disaster.

5.Accompaniment to public procedures, etc. (per time)
5,000 yen

If necessary, we will accompany you in procedures regarding residence, social security, taxes, etc., and assist in document preparation.

6.Implementation support for Japanese language learning (per time)

We will provide information on admission to Japanese language classes, etc., and information on Japanese learning materials.

7.Consultation services/complaint handling (per time)

For consultations and complaints related to the workplace and daily life, we provide support, advice, guidance, etc. in a language that the foreign workers can fully understand.

8.Promoting interaction with Japanese people (per time)
5,000 yen

We provide opportunities for interaction with local residents such as neighborhood associations, and provide information and support for participation in events such as local festivals.

9.Career change support (In case of employee layoffs etc.) (per time)
5,500 yen

In the case of layoff due to circumstances on the part of the accepting company, we will assist in finding a new job, create a recommendation letters, grant paid leave for job hunting and provide information on administrative procedures.

10.Regular interviews/reports to administrative agencies (annual fee)
16,500 yen

The support manager and others will meet regularly (at least once every three months) with the foreign worker and their superiors and will carry out reporting procedures if necessary, such as violations of laws and regulations.
