Technique, knowledge, and professional will.
Our classes and school are filled with everything you need as a chef.

Even the best chefs start out as beginners. That's why the time you spend at school, where you take your first steps is so valuable. Our school invites foreign instructors active in the frontlines of cuisine and creates an environment where students can gain an awareness of international cuisine even from the time they start culinary studies. Furthermore, by cultivating an international perspective from various angles including studying abroad, we create a desire to learn and a sense of curiosity as chefs, while carefully nurturing them to become top-notch culinary artists. People naturally smile when they encounter something delicious. You could be that person who can give someone that irreplaceable and emotional moment through cooking.

If you are going to learn anyway, get the world's best knowledge and techniques.
Training and studying abroad is one of our attractions.

Not only will you have the opportunity to actually study abroad, including learning abroad with partner schools, but by studying with students from France, you will also be able to experience foreign culture while still in Hokkaido, no doubt a great asset. We offer a platform where students can make their hopes and dreams come true, including study trips for all who wish to participate, as well as selective short and long-term overseas study programs.

A cornerstone who supports our exchanges with France.
Roger Verge, a French cuisine legend.

Roger Verger is a recipient of the Légion d'Honneur, the highest French order of merit. Our school has continued to have direct contact with Mr. Verger for many years, and we continue to exclusively invite renowned chefs and pâtissiers trained by Mr. Verger as visiting professors and special lecturers to provide direct instruction.

Our alumni have gone on to realize their dreams after learning at our school.
Graduates are active in a wide range of fields in Japan and internationally.

You too can follow in their footsteps by learning a variety of culinary genres.

Muroran is the gateway to central Hokkaido with good access to Honshu.

Our school has a large number of students not only from within Hokkaido but also from other areas in Japan, especially from the Tohoku area. One of the reasons for this is because Muroran is a relatively warm area and has good transportation access to Sapporo and New Chitose Airport, including JR trains and the expressway. The elegant Swan Bay Bridge is the symbol of Muroran City.
