Care Workers Practical Training Correspondence Course
Safe and thorough instruction provided by the care worker training school
The curriculum content for practical training is set by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the content (curriculum) is the same for all schools. It’s possible to take most of the subjects through correspondence learning, but "Nursing Care Course III" and "Medical Care (practice class)" must be taken on-campus.
Training method and contents
Students will study at home in a planned way based on the text materials sent to them, submit assignments (correspondence materials) by the set deadline and attend schooling (face-to-face classes) at the Muroran/Tomakomai sites.
For correspondence assignments, please study at home and submit them by the due date specified for each assignment.
The "Nursing Care Process III" and "Medical Care (practice class)" courses will be held at either the Muroran or Tomakomai site. (8 days in total)
Correspondence Course for Care Worker Training
*For each course, you will receive a notification of enrollment decision about one week after the application deadline, and you must make payment within 5 days after that.

Please pay the course fee for each category within 5 days after receiving the course notification. Generally, payment must be made in one lump sum, but if you wish to pay in installments, you may do so up to two times only if you are not in category H-1 or K-2.
☆How to pay in installments☆
First payment/ Payment of 1/2 of the course fee within 5 days after receiving the course notification.
Second payment/ Payment of the remaining 1/2 within one month of the start of the course.
If you wish to withdraw from the course, you must submit a course withdrawal form.
☆Refund of course fee.☆
In the case of withdrawal before the start of the course/before the course fee is paid until the day before the course starts, the amount paid minus "textbook fee and bank transfer fee" will be refunded to the designated account. *Textbooks will be sent by cash on delivery.
Please note that the course fee is non-refundable after the start of the course.
